TAE 50x

ClearBand TAE 50x Electrophoresis Buffer is a commonly used concentrate buffer for separation of nucleic acids in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. It is preferred in high resolution agarose gel electrophoresis applications and separation of high molecular weight, double-stranded DNA. It should be diluted to a working concentration of 1x before use. Fresh 1X buffer is recommended to use for each electrophoresis application.

ClearBand TAE 50x Electrophoresis Buffer is filter sterilized and prepared with ultra pure water.

1x Buffer Composition: 40 mM Tris, 20 mM acetic acid, 1 mM EDTA.

ClearBand TAE 50x Elektroforez Tamponu, agaroz ve poliakrilamid jellerdeki nükleik asitlerin ayrılması için yaygın olarak kullanılan bir konsantre tampondur. Yüksek çözünürlüklü agaroz jel elektroforezi uygulamalarında ve yüksek molekül ağırlıklı, çift sarmallı DNA’nın ayrıştırılmasında tercih edilir. Kullanmadan önce 1x’lik bir çalışma konsantrasyonuna seyreltilmelidir. Her elektroforez uygulaması için taze 1X tampon kullanılması önerilir.
